These are photos of a piece of work I made to celebrate my sister and her husband's 30th Wedding Anniversary. It took 6 weeks to complete and although you can add and keep on adding stitching, running out of time in which to get it finished is a good way of knowing "that's it!". I was very pleased that they loved it and I love them both very much! xxx
Wow the picture is beautiful. I love it, so much work too. I know what you mean about knowing when to stop. Sometimes I wonder why I spend so much time on backgrounds when I just keep on going until you can't see it ! But I'm not surprised your sister and her husband love it, it's gorgeous!

To have a problem now though Lesley; what colour should they paint the wall? They have a grey sofa, so grey is out. But there are worse problems to worry about eh? Thanks for the lovely words. xx
